Daily Engagement and Monitoring
in addition to 24/7 in-app messaging support, weekly check-ins, and monthly progress tracking (including weigh-ins and progress pics), we conduct monthly video calls to ensure your personalized program aligns with your training and performance goals. This allows us to make necessary adjustments as you progress through our 4-phase training system, optimizing your performance objectives.
