Doing health and fitness without God leads to temporary, short term succes
As women we wear many hats. A devoted wife. A mother of multiple teens. A daughter to an elderly parent. A time-strapped business executive. An at-home school teacher. An outdoor enthusiast with a four-legged friend. A women’s ministry leader. A fun and supportive friend.
Such diverse roles, and the Lord has so uniquely gifted you to fill those roles.
Yet, if we want to effectively fulfill our purpose in life and reach the world for the Lord with passion, we need our health.
Aches and pains, feeling flabby and weak, weight gain and sickness, lack of energy and letting yourself go are all symptoms of not caring for your body the way God intended.
