Carrie Morgan began her career in 2003 at an elite health club in Las Vegas, where she worked with everyone from professional athletes to individuals managing complex health conditions while striving to remain active and independent. Those early experiences revealed an important truth: exercise alone is rarely enough without proper nutrition, recovery, and individualized support.
As her career evolved, Carrie expanded her expertise beyond traditional fitness training to include corrective exercise, movement quality, functional strength development, and practical nutrition coaching. She later helped lead large-scale boot camp programs across Nevada and Southern California before refining MOTIVFIT into a more individualized coaching practice focused on women’s long-term health and function.
Throughout her career, Carrie has collaborated with physicians and wellness professionals to support clients navigating a wide range of health challenges, including metabolic conditions, autoimmune concerns, orthopedic limitations, hormonal transitions, and recovery-focused exercise needs. She previously served as a nutritionist and wellness coach within a physician-led women’s health program in Nevada and continues to work collaboratively alongside healthcare providers when appropriate to support client outcomes.
Today, MOTIVFIT combines evidence-informed strength training, movement-focused coaching, and personalized nutrition support to help women over 45 build strength, improve mobility, and remain active with confidence for years to come.
MOTIVFIT was built for women who want more than generic workouts or one-size-fits-all programs. Every coaching plan is individualized based on your goals, movement history, lifestyle, and current needs—whether you're building strength, improving mobility, navigating midlife changes, or returning to exercise after setbacks or limitations.
With more than 20 years of experience across fitness, nutrition, corrective exercise, and movement-focused coaching, MOTIVFIT combines evidence-informed strategies with practical support designed to help women feel stronger, move better, and stay active long-term.
