At MOTIVFIT,  we are purpose driven to empower hard working men and woman to improve health conditions, minimize medications, and look and feel healthy again.

 

Our members work hard to provide for their families and live to be an example to others. They may have underlying health conditions, recently received a health scare, or just want to prevent future health issues. Many come to us feeling worried, frustrated, and confused.

 

Unfortunately, most people in this position are not given many options. They are told to take medication, have surgery, or just “stop” doing things because of their age.

 

Our goal is to remove the worry, frustration, and confusion and help them replace the feeling of a being a patient with a diagnosis to a lively and fit person with a bright future.

As a virtual assistant, you will play a critical role in helping us fulfill our mission. We need someone who:

  • Wants a part-time schedule that will turn into full-time

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing Online Productivity Platform 
  • Manage member database 
  • Create flow charts for marketing funnels 
  • Send out marketing campaigns
  • Communicating with Members and Vendors
  • Manage Social Media marketing 
  • Assist in image creation for online, social media, print marketing 
  • Data Entry
  • Assist Fitness and Nutrition Coaching team 

 

You can expect to be challenged to learn and grow in areas of customer service and communication to help improve our members' experience, increase retention, and improve internal processes.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

What you will own

 

  • Answer phones with positive attitude and follow script and booking protocols
  • Produce (2) client reviews for Google and Facebook every month
  • Maintain Client satisfaction rate of 80% or higher
  • Address client needs in timely manner
  • Assist in booking & pre-qualifying a minimum of ten (10) consults per month
  • Assist in social media, email, and print marketing campaign creation
  • Build/refine admin systems and processes 
  • Help organize & implement monthly, quarterly, annual events & contests.
  • Help implement promotions, incentives, and rewards
  • Produce one (1) client testimonial every month
  • Maintain a client renewal rate of 80% or higher

Compensation

 

  • Starting at $15/hour
