I recently completed 3 months training with motivFIT. I have lost over 20 pounds and 18% of body fat. Before I started I was having back trouble and was completely sedentary. I tried to qualify for life insurance and was quoted an “At Risk” rate for the premiums because of my weight and cholesterol. Just recently I have retested and qualified for my insurance company’s “Ultra Preferred” rates. I was shocked at the change in my overall blood work and profile. It drove home the importance of what I am doing and the results that I am achieving. I now have more energy than I know what to do with and I am as active as I have been in 20 years.
Increased Stamina & Strength For Marathon
“motivFIT helped tremendously with my strength and overall stamina. I compared my split times from last year’s half marathon to this year’s race and I noticed I kept approximately the same pace as last year until the last 3.8 miles. That’s where I made all the improvement in my time – at the end! I would not have been able to do that unless I had the stamina and strength in order to soldier on! I guess all those lunges and squats really paid off! And I was able to recover quickly and join everyone on the hike the very next day!!

Climbed Half Dome & Mt. Whitney in 4 Days
