motivFIT REWARDS PROGRAM
Every client of motivFIT is allowed to participate in this program. You will receive Rewards Points for each thing you do during your enrollment into the motivFIT Body Blast Challenge.  You can use these points in exchange for motivFIT apparel, promotional Items, and services.  This is just like a “miles” program.

HOW PROGRAM WORKS

Receive Reward Points For:

• Showing up to class – (1 Pt.)

• Complete 7 Day Food Journal – (3 Pts.)

• Log in to Perkville and use their system to post on your facebook page or twitter and tag motivFIT in the post. Must be done through Perkville website. (2 Pt.)

• Facebook Wall Posts & Comments on motivFIT Facebook Page – (2 Pt.) 

• Tweet - ( 2 Pts.)

• Google Reviews, Yahoo Reviews, and Yelp Reviews - (5 Pts. Ea) 
  Visit Review Sites Here

• Set up Lead Box Location - (15 Pts.)

• Referral Joins - (25 Pts.)  

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY REWARDS POINTS?
Your rewards points are converted into spending dollars on our motivFIT Apparel and Accessories Website or you can apply your points to your monthly Body Blast Challenge Membership by printing up a discount voucher.  You will never lose your points until you use them.  

5 Points. = $1.00

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS POINTS?

• You will receive an email from our rewards partner, Perkville.  They will send you an email, after you sign into your first Body Blast Challenge workout, to register on their website and set up your account. (The first class will be counted toward your points.)

• Once your account is set up on Perkville, you can view your points, what you can redeem points for, post on facebook, and print off vouchers for our services and apparel.

50 Points = $10 off any motivFIT Service or Apparel
100 Points = $20 off any motivFIT Service or Apparel
150 Points = $30 off any motivFIT Service or Apparel
200 Points = $40 off any motivFIT Service or Apparel

FAQ'S

Who do the emails come from?
Emails will come directly from Perkville, not motivFIT.

I haven't received and email to register but I've come to class and signed in. What do I do?
If you haven't received your email inviting you to register, check with the your fitness cach the next time you are in to make sure we have the correct email address for you.

What if I don't respond to the first email, can I still sign up?
Yes! You can always go to Perkville.com and register. Your points will be waiting for you! Make sure it is the same email address we have on file for you.

Is motivFIT sharing my personal information with Perkville?
No. Perkville is using an api that only allows email addresses and class attendance to be viewed.
