The motivFIT workoutshave been systematically developed over the past 15 years and each workout is carefully planned and executed with ALL fitness levels in mind. Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, you’ll find our workout format to be progressive for each fitness level so that you will fit right into our daily workouts. The best way to reduce the chance of injury, while increasing strength and fitness levels, is to progress you training. We utilize a 5 Stage performance training platform the progresses you from beginner to advanced. We offer unparalleled course content utilizing resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training, balance training, core training, power training, and sports performance training. Focusing on the total body, these workouts improve strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. Each workout is different everyday to keep things very fun and adventurous: we’ll do body weight & dumbbell resistance training, high-intensity training aerobics, partner exercises, team development drills, total body conditioning, trail runs, hikes, and some boot camp style training. We know you will not be bored with these workouts!

We are NASM Certified Personal Trainers, with over 30 years of combined experience, that develop and modify exercises in a safe and effective manner and our exercises are adaptable to any fitness level. We are not here to hurt you. We’re here to help you! If you are just getting back into a fitness routine, you can modify the moves to work up to turbo mode. This is a very strict nutrition program that offers daily accountability within a private group. We provide a recognition system that will reward those who stay consistent with this portion of the program. This is progressive nutrition program other than the initial caloric deficit for the first week. Progressive means that each we are adding something new, however, you are not to excluding what you added the week before. For example, you will include greens with every meal for week #2. Each week forward you will continue with the greens with each meal. Like fitness training, we are progressing you with your nutrition so that when you graduate our program you will be eating 100 % clean and have learned to take a holistic to your nutrition! The bottom line is if you follow this nutrition plan combined with your workouts, you will lose weight, body fat, and inches. You will be amazed by the results you will see over the 6 week period!

I’m on a running team and you’ll find me at the back of the pack every Sunday morning, that is until lately . I found myself easily passing my pace group. So I thought okay lets see what I can do, I’m now running two pace groups ahead and catching up with the third. My running coach Tim said to me “Hey your looking good” ( that was big for him ) The only thing I can attribute this new found energy to, is my training with motivFIT. Thanks Carrie and Jeff !
