OUR FITNESS  PROGRAM
The motivFIT's Outdoor Fitness program is a fitness and nutrition overhaul that 
guarantees results or your money back.  You will lose weight, body fat, and inches 
while increasing your strength, cardiovascular fitness levels, and self-esteem.  The 
motivFIT
utilizes lifestyle coaching, nutritional planning, personal training, 
accountability, and group fitness classes to empower you to make positive changes 
in your life.

OUR WORKOUTS
motivFIT workouts are carefully planned with all fitness levels in mind. Whether you 
are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, we’ll select exercises appropriate for your 
level so you'll fit right into our daily workouts. motivFIT offers  unparalleled course 
content utilizing resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training, 
balance training, and core strengthening. Focusing on the total body, these workouts 
improve strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. Each workout is different 
every day to keep things very fun & adventurous: we’ll do body weight & dumbbell resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, partner exercises, team development drills, total body conditioning, trail runs, hikes, beach workouts, and bootcamp style training. When you finish one of motivFIT's workouts, you'll feel like you received individualized 
personal training, while participating in a fun group workout environment. This is what
separates us from every other boot camp and group exercise class
. You're not just a number in our class, you're a person that has dreams and goals and we value and care about helping you to achieve them!

WORKOUT TIMES
motivFIT has several one-hour classes per week offered Monday – Friday.  Multiple 
times and locations available to suit your schedule. *Times may be different at various locations.  Please find your motivFIT location here.

FITNESS LEVELS
We accommodate men & woman of all fitness levels and age groups – from  self-identified coach potatoes to fitness enthusiasts, whether you are 16 or 65 years of age. We are Certified Fitness Instructors that offer all levels of exercise. This means we develop and modify exercises in a safe and effective manner that is adaptable to any fitness level. We’re not here to hurt you, we’re here to help you! So if you are just getting back into a routine, you can modify the moves to work up to the turbo mode. For those who are already physically fit and athletic, be ready to get challenged go 
to the next level as well.

NUTRITION
The motivFIT Nutrition plan includes a 30-day meal plan with recipes for all meals 
& snacks
throughout each day.  You’ll be provided with food journals and a Certified 
Nutrition Coach who will help with recommendations & encouragement for proper 
nutritional choices.  Your coach will teach you the basics of nutrition so you can better understand food labels and what combinations of protein, carbohydrate, and fats you’ll 
need to fuel your workouts and weight loss plan.  You’ll also have unlimited private 
access to our online nutritional resources to help provide you with the information you 
need to make educated food choices.  

WHAT TO EXPECT
After completing your first month with motivFIT, you will have overcome perceived 
physical limitations by turning your weaknesses into strengths. You will have a deep 
sense of accomplishment and a newfound courage to break the barriers between 
you and your goals. You will have increased strength, energy, and endurance. You 
will be in great shape showing decreased body fat and body weight. You will have 
improved athletic performance levels. You will be part of a team. Above all, you will 
prove to yourself that you’ve got what it takes—Successful completion nets the 
ultimate rewards.

EQUIPMENT
Simply bring your mat, towel, dumbbells*, and water.  We'll provide any additional 
equipment.  Running shoes are recommended. ,* 5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for 
men. (Can be purchased at Target, Wal-mart, Big 5, or any sporting goods store)
