We offer private personal training at your home, office, or our training facility.  If you are looking to achieve your health and fitness goals and would like to do so from the privacy of your own home, then hiring a Certified Personal Trainer from motivFIT is your best choice!  Enjoy training to achieve your health and fitness goals in the comfort of your own home or a gym environment!  No equipment? No problem! We'll bring our equipment to you and because we are seasoned  fitness professionals, we have 100's of exercises and workouts that require little or no equipment. Want to come to us?  No problem!  Our fitness professionals have both private studios and/or partnerships with local health clubs.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING
We offer both online nutritional coaching and in person coaching subject to location and instructor availability.  You will receive weekly in person consultations and unlimited email support.  Anyone living outside of serviceable areas, will receive one-hour weekly phone/skype consultations and have unlimited email support.

If you are located at a distance, but still would like to receive fitness coaching, instruction, and accountability from motivFIT, then our phone/skype coaching might be for you.  Pricing is based on each individuals health and fitness goals.
