Jeff Morgan, attended San Diego State University where he received his Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Physical Education. Jeff has always had a motivational and inspiring positive attitude. At the age of 33 Jeff found his calling as personal trainer and started a fitness company with his wife, Carrie.

In 2008, Jeff launched motivFIT with his wife, Carrie. motivFIT was developed specifically to reach 30-50 year old professionals and provide them with and alternative to exercise by offering outdoor fitness classes that consisted of high-intensity training and boot camp style fitness. motivFIT was one of the first fitness companies to offer outdoor fitness programs like this in the Las Vegas Valley. Over the next year, motivFIT expanded in to 3 different locations throughout Las Vegas to eventually expanding into multiple locations in Southern California.

In 2011, Jeff decided to take his experience and knowledge and expand his geographic foot print by offering online coaching and mentorship across the country and into Canada. Jeff has spent the last few years helping hundreds of people all over the nation with their health and fitness, while developing an online fitness coaching team. Jeff now mentors and educates fitness professionals on how to double and triple their income working fewer hours by adding online fitness coaching to their existing fitness business and providing a team environment that encourages health and fitness accountability, which results in adding more balance to their personal lives.

Jeff has always had a passion for fitness training and enjoys helping make a positive impact on the lives of others. The secret to Jeff’s success has been to apply the 1000’s of hours of education, personal development, and motivation to help his clients and those he mentors reach their overall goals.
