Boot Camp Franchise, Boot Camp Licensing Program Options

OPTION 1:

Your first option towards Licensing your own motivFIT  location is to be hired on as an Fitness Coach with motivFIT .  You would be considered and Independent Contractor and paid on a commission split.  There are several advantages to starting out this way.

1. No upfront financial commitment

2. Get paid while being trained

3. Little or no overhead

4. Learn our success pattern

5. Progression towards ownership

PROCESS

1. If you are accepted into the motivFIT Training program and hired on as a  motivFIT Fitness Coach, you will receive Phase 1 and Phase 2 of training during your first 90 days.

2. Receive 90 day evaluation after Phase 2 training is complete.

3. Receive a flat 50% commission split for the first 6 months on all services offered by motivFIT

4. At the end of 6 months, you'll receive your 6 month review and a decision will be made on whether or not to recommend you into the motivFIT licensing program. If you are recommend into the motivFIT licensing program, both parties will agree to a timeline of transition into the motivFIT Licensing program.

5. If your are accepted into our licensing program and decide to move forward, we will forward you a licensing agreement that must be signed and returned with your first month licensing subscription fee of $499*. This price includes unlimited coaching and mentorship

6. Once you have transitioned into the motivFIT Licensing program, you will receive Phase 3 and Phase 4 of training.

* Includes monthly membership of  to our online business management software system.  There may be an additional one time charge for Data transfer of your management system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an NASM certification or B.S in related field.

• Current CPR Certification

• Current Personal Trainer Liability Insurance ( if hired, then naming Fitness Training For Life LLC, on policy).

• Minimum of 1 Year Experience in both private and or group training.  We do make exceptions on experience, if you have the right character and stand out from others based on personal experience and like values.

Applicants should possess the following characteristics:

• Ability to motivate and lead large groups

• Great communication skills

• Be Enthusiastic, energetic and, Extremely punctual!

• Experienced in High-Intensity Training, Interval Training, Circuit Training, Agility Training, and overall Strength Training.

• You have thoroughly navigated our website and you share in our philosophy.

• Nutrition Background

• Be Independent, entrepreneurial, and self disciplined

• Must be willing to get out into the community and make it happen!

• Be Organized 

• Be Teachable

OPTION 2

Your second option towards Licensing your own motivFIT  location is to apply for acceptance into the motivFITLicensing Program.

PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM

1. Provide current proof of nationally recognized and accredited personal trainer or group certification. A degree in Health or Sports Science will also suffice.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a fitness professional.

3. Must indicate within a 10 mile margin, where you will operate your authorized  motivFIT  Location.  This is so that we can maximize your success by limiting any other motivFIT  locations within your area.

4. Complete and agree to all terms of non-compete, legal, non-disclosure, and licensing agreement.

5. You have thoroughly navigated our website and you share in our philosophy.

6. Personal Trainer Liability Insurance.

PROCESS

The integrity of motivFIT is our number one priority.  This is why motivFIT has a comprehensive screening, evaluation, and prerequisite process to ensure the integrity of our program.  

1. All interested parties must complete licensing application.

2. After receiving your application, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up a brief telephone interview.  Your telephone interview usually lasts about 15 minutes and it gives us an opportunity to learn more about you, your fitness experience, training philosophies and values.  This telephone interview also allows for you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have regarding your motivFIT license.

3. If your are accepted into our licensing program and decide to move forward, we will forward you a licensing agreement that must be signed and returned with your $1900 upfront licensing fee and first month licensing subscription fee of $499*. 

4. Once we have received all paperwork, licensing fees, and payment, we will give you access to all of your training and business materials.

* Includes monthly membership of  to our online business management software system.  There may be an additional one time charge for Data transfer of your management system.

COST TO LICENSE YOUR motivFIT LOCATION

$1900 upfront licensing fee and a monthly licensing/subscription fee of $499*per month for 12 months. Includes 1 year of coaching and mentorship.  Having just 2.5 clients enrolled in your Body Blast Challenge™, will pay for your monthly licensing fee.
