motivFIT
Body Blast Challenge @ Home is a Free service offering video workouts,
workout tutorials, recipes, nutrition information, and much more.
Here you will have the opportunity to participate in the same type of
workouts that we offer at our outdoor Body Blast Challenge locations.
You can record your workout results for accountability, share your
trials & successes, and participate in contests with our outdoor Body
Blast Challenge locations. We
understand there is no substitute for working out with a fitness
professional in a group setting. Our goal is to build community between both
the Body Blast Challenge @ Home and Body Blast Challenge participants.

bring the online fitness world and offline fitness world together!
